ROBERT M.To absolutely no fault of their own, this U-Haul contractor is located within a business park where the two sides of single-laned roads are divided by a grass median, which makes it EXTREMELY difficult to navigate the U-Haul truck through. Especially pulling out of the place, I had to do a 5 point turn, nearly hitting a truck, and STILL had to run over the median's curb just to exit the business park. The U-Haul contractor themselves, KSL in this case, absolutely gets a 5 stars out of 5 though, super friendly and helpful with getting and returning my truck. My truck definitely had some underlying mechanical issues though, the gears sounded deathly while shifting through gears, the RPMs were soaring while getting up to speed, the brakes were making awful squealing noises, the passenger door made a terrible noise when opening all the way, the sides of the truck were scraped to heck and back. Just left a lot to be desired on the truck's end.
