They have the opening time on the door as 9:00 a.m and i returned my rentals at 9:30 or really a bit after and there was no body in the building and or service members as they were still closed past opening time postsd . That's the only reason i have for my opinion on the business was not open when posted and even a bit after upon calling they were still closed or no answer to my issues but the customer service person i talked to Larissa i believe was amazing and helped me and was professional. Thank you

FRANCISCO TI choose this location with option to checking in at the counter, trying to get someone helping me with the process. Store was closed and I wasted one hour trying to get the truck.
