The lady who helped us was a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and rude to every customer I saw her interact with. While she was helping us she was talking about another customer outside and using racial slurs while talking about him. Honestly if there was another place open I would have left and went there. I really can't believe they let people so rude be managers there she was completely unprofessional and gives your company a bad name. I believe her name was Lorene.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. I RECEIVED A VAN AND I DROVE ONLY 14 MILES I BROUGHT THE VAN BACK ON THE SAME FUEL LEVEL THAT I GOT IT AND THEY SAID I NEED TO FILL IT UP. SO I DROVE 14 MILES AND I SPENT 16 DOLLARS IN GAS I USED 1.25 GALLONS OF GAS I HAD TO FILL 8 GALLONS OF GAS NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. PLUS THEY ARE RUDE AF WHEN ADDRESSING THE ISSUE.

They forgot my appliance dolly and had to waste time and gas to go pick it up ... the truck was smaller than I needed ... Transmission was slipping in the truck ... Directions to drop off point were not clear was told to use Google maps and I did... customer service failed to provide accurate street address and name of drop off business until repeatedly calling and finally getting should of someone helpful ... Worst experience ever

The lady who check me in was horrible. I was trying to pay for the rental. The day before when I called I was told it was going to be $54.XX plus tax. I took $65 in cash. She asked how I was going to pay I told her "I'll pay cash" Her " If you pay cash it will be $75. Me " I don't have that much in cash so I do $60 on card and the rest cash' (was a surprise didnt want uhaul on bank the only reason i wanted to do cash but since i didnt take $75 out i wanted to use the cash first then the card) her with sarcasm "Cash is going to be $75 or card will be $60" me okay, l will do some in cash and some on card...she looks on me with a blank look ..Her 'what do you not have enough on your card... thats when i started to get bother but i stayed calm...me " thats not the case i took out cash to pay for this today. I wasn't told it would be extra if i paid in cash. Since i have given my card last, night to reserve it. I didn't know it would matter. I would like to spend the cash I already took out....she looks as me blank again... she spreads her fingers coming down on the table while saying with a bit more sarcasm... If you pay cash it will be $75 dollars, or card $59.xx". I said (with a little sarcasm myself now) " I understand but I took 60$ out of the atm I want spend that first and for the refundable 15$ I'll just use my card": She stopped looked at me "oh".... "Okay, now I understand"...... " but no for in towns you cant split it. It needs to be paid in full either $75 doallrs in cash or $59.xx on card". At that point the friend that was with me said "I'll pay the $60 with my card Tony and you can just me the cash". I think he saw that I was getting bothered. From that point on I could tell she realized how she had treated me was not acceptable. She started putting everything in the computer. after about one minute of silence she looked up at me and apologized. I was still bother I had been going over the conversation over in my head, so i said nothing ( I should have at least acknowledge her. To make matters worse when I got to the body shop to pick up my wifes car and take it to Norman,Ok my farther in law had a tow truck pick it up the night before. I had returned the trailer. I understand not getting my money back. There is no telling if I used it or not. I knew I didn't use it. I didn't like how I just threw away $60, and got treated in that manner. When her car to have already picked up. I have been in customer service field for over ten years. The thing I know is word of mouth trumps all the money in the world spent on advertisement. This was by far the most belittling/disrespectful experience I've had. That Ms. Heather Velasco gave me that day.

Not sure it has to do with this location specifically, however we originally booked for 3 days online, and had to make an equipment change prior to pickup. The lady online assured us it was a 3 day rental so it wouldn't be due back until 5-30-2017 but then we got a call telling us we were late on the 29th, and then were charged an extra day. I will not utilize UHAUL anymore. The first trailer rental, the suspension was busted and almost killed us. Then we had to back track 100 miles to get another trailer. and now this.. Yeah, bad business all around.

The people at the Lawton store loaded my car wrong. So when I got to Oklahoma City, my car was almost destroyed trying to take it off the transport. Extremely pissed off!

Location: Average overall. The warm friendly customer service left something to be desired. Equipment: Wasn't very "clean" when I received it. Didn't notice until I was ready to load. Can I charge "you" $15 dollars for doing something that should have been performed when I arrived? I imagine would have been charged had I not cleaned the mess that was there on pick up day. Not sure if I'd recommend this place. I've had good service at the competitors.
