SHYKIRA S. | First ImpressionsMy overall experience wasn’t very well . For the most part staffing was okay . Some staff seemed to know what was going on and others not very much . The units in my opinion for what they were cost could’ve been a lot better or at the least have 24 hour access for those who work throughout the night . Ending my time with Uhaul was probably the better experience I had only because they actually were kind enough to refund the recent monthly purchase I made with them . In conclusion I wouldn’t come back and this Uhaul for such reasons .
