The computers didn't work. There was only one person at the desk helping customers. It took over an hour from the time I first stood in line to when I left with a truck. It turns out the mileage was completely wrong, and delayed my turn-in. The only good part of the process was the very friendly man behind the counter. He did the best he could with the terrible equipment and software he had to deal with.

Brian was very helpful and even corrected his mistake. However the other employees at this location were extremely rude. Would not recommend this location due to that. Brian Harrell was the only polite and helpful employee there.

Your internet as a company needs to be addressed. You're not only stressing out your customers but also your employees. Fortunately, your staff at this location was able to complete their contracts in another fashion. They are courteous and patient, I've been to this location 3 times.

Had to wait in line on a Sunday for over half an hour even though I had a unit reserved. The excuse was that it was the last day of the month and a lot of people were getting equipment to move out of where they were. If they knew this, then why weren't they better prepared and have extra help on? Poor planning by management

I was helped by a new employee who was struggling to do his job. The other employee that half way helped him was rude, snotty, disrespectful, and verbally aggressive. I encountered a problem before I ever left the counter and it was like pulling teeth from a rhino to get assistance.

We showed up at 0900am to find a line of people waiting outside and the store had not opened. As it turns out the employee who was suppose to run the place failed to come to work. We waited over an hour before the store manager showed up. A call had to be made to the main office to tell them about no one showing up to open the office. There was a worker outside, who was also waiting to get in. Apparently he didn't bother calling the manager to report the "No show" of the office staff. If he had made a call earlier to his manager, maybe we wouldn't have had to wait over an hour to stand in a line and then wait another hour to get our Uhaul.

Fire Jonathan. He was a total jerk today and I filed a formal complaint against him at 1-800-uhaul. He is the worst rep for your company.

I applied for a truck in Galveston to go to Pearland which is 50 miles with understanding it was point to point instead of round trip and supposedly I was allowed free mileage because it was 50 miles round trip to pick up the truck plus another 20 plus miles to return to League City. I paid up front $102. Upon sending a friend to return the truck to League City they charged an additional $42. Plus change and assured me that was total charge which was not true. I had three places contacting me in the beginning and emailing me only to find out they didn't have the truck except in League City which was 50 miles round trip and an additional 25 miles to deliver back to League City from Pearland. I feel your agents at last minute deliberately mislead me and further did not compensate mileage as stated first the inconvenience of going a total of appropriately 75 miles out of my way as a convenience to Uhaul. Please refund to my credit card the disputed amount. I had originally wanted to rent in Galveston and return to Pearland and was told they would compensate additional mileage.

I had multiple problems with my reservation they couldn't find a location for me with a truck they kept moving my reservation over ad over and when I go pick it up nothing is explained to me much about the miles because the man is talking about how hung over he is I just paid and then left when I get my bill and its double what its supposed to be I call and she only keeps telling me it was explained when it really wasn't because they are too busy talking about food getting drunk and being off work.
