I completed all of the online information including entering my credit card and uploading my driver’s license. Why did I have to go over everything again in the store? It was time wasted and I had to touch the credit card machine and be exposed to others during this COVID-19 Pandemic. Please consider improving the handling of those of us who want to take advantage of the online check in. I should have been able to be met outside and hooked up without getting out of my vehicle.

on the website i ordered an appliance dolly when i got there to pick up the truck and appliance dolly they did not have one . no one called or emailed me to let me know ahead of time to give me time to figure something else out . they did give me a regular dolly witch got the job done but an appliance dolly would have made it so much easier .

I was told that my deposit would be refunded upon return of the truck but when I turned it in the agent did not ret my deposit and I was told that the check would be sent to me by 10 days. That 100 dollars was my rent money for my house and I am extremely upset and worried about the landlord possibly evicting me and or upsetting him and tarnishing our relationship. I was not told that I wouldn't get my deposit back when I paid for the truck and I want to know if the check would be shipped overnight to avoid any problems on my end.

So my renting experience was fine ,but the reason I had to rent it instead of MY HUSBAND is because you LIED AND SAID HE TOLD YOU HE HAD COVID 19!! HE NEVER SAID THAT and y'all should CHECK yourselves before you start some incriminating falsity ! You never asked me of I had the virus BEFORE OR AFTER I RENTED! SO YOU KNOW YOU'RE LIARS!!!

Time in and out. I completed the pre screen check out and I still had to go into the office to do paperwork. I am a repeat customer. Being so I would like to see a feature for repeat customers and they complete online check in, that they could simply drive in to pick up, check in with the yard person, get their rental, run their card and be on their way without checking into the office if that's possible. Other than that it went very well, everyone was polite and the equipment was in very good condition. Thank you

The original rental was to be from Baycliff, TX. She would not take a picture of my ID! My phone is comp[any provided and am not allowed to add apps for security reasons. How can UHaul be so stupid to think taking a picture of an ID would spread COVID-19. League City understood.. I wish I had a video of her refusing to take a picture of the ID.

When I dropped off my trailer at the Uhaul on 1027 Alameda, they said that my trailer chains were not installed right and that the chains dragging was dangerous. I did have to ziptie it up, but did not think anything besides my family saying that as I was driving it sparked. They could see it as I was driving before leaving Houston. I guess to make sure that you install right, because I didnt know.

The attendant was very helpful when I came in. Haven't rented a trailer in many years, so was unsure of the process. She was very helpful and made the transaction pleasant and easy. Also, I like this location because it's always fully stocked and there's plenty of room to turn around & get back on the road.
