Blankets I ordered and paid not in the van. This was a satellite location. So the lone employee couldn't supply them or remove them from my invoice. Other than that, it was great.
Terence B.Office was unattended we arrived with no way to contact owner. THe rep was very polite but once he arrived, the process took way too long - he had to get on the phone to clarify some glith, UHaul basically forced me to buy the insurance.
JOHN B.The phone return is too extensive. After moving all day, to have to spend that much time to close out the contract in unreasonable. Less picture taking would be a reasonable change.
