mark sWe tried to do early pickup. The lock box did not open according to instructions so we had to wait an hour until the store opened to pick up the truck.
Ronald HThe truck wreaked of cigarette smoke!!! Even after we left the windows cracked overnight it still smelled terrible. We have used this location a few times now and the rental process has been really easy. Nothing like the big box stores with tons of paperwork. The U-Haul app is great!
