There was not a person there during store hours (the last hour of Saturday though), but we were able to do the drop off through U-Haul customer service. Plenty of room for drop off.

DANIEL OWhen I looked at the truck, there was no gas cap. There was one inside the cab, but it did not fit. When I started the truck it was completely empty. I barely made it to a gas station. The floor boards were very dirty also. I filled the tank and when I dropped it off, it had a half a tank left. I was informed on the app that there would be additional charges and I don’t understand the reason. If anything, I should receive a refund.
