I rented a uhaul to move equipment. I was supposed to pick up the truck in Lebanon using the app. The app DID NOT work, which I thought was strange. I was doing everything right. So, I called the 800#. They told me my pickup location had changed. They DID NOT notify me of the change. I was sitting at the right location expecting to get a truck. Then I was told to drive further to get the truck at a different location. I DID NOT have time to go to the new location. I was already late to do the pickup but had no truck. Uhaul did not have the decency and courtesy to call or text me about the change in a timely manner. It ruined my plans and created a horrible hardship. I will never use them again.

Kaulah WI mobile returned the U-Haul truck so I cannot comment on the personnel, but the parking lot was open and easy to get into, and keys were easy to drop in the box once my check in and confirmation photos were complete.
Deacon KI reserve comment on the last two questions since my interaction at Big Lenny’s was minimal. I returned the truck within a 48 hr. rental period, but was charged an extra day. I was called and received a text asking why the truck was not returned to Uncle Pete’s even though my rental agreement clearly stated Big Lenny’s as the rental return spot. Doesn’t instill confidence. Customer service came to the rescue and credited me the day I was overcharged. I have used U-Haul numerous times without a glitch so this was some kind of anomaly, but not very assuring.
Jeffrey CThe check engine light remained on the whole time. Low tire pressure light was on but the tires were fine but because of this, the mileage could not be seen because of warning messages on dashboard. Also, The radio did not work.
