I just dropped it off and put the keys in the drop box. Very easy in and out of the building.

Found out during the move that the rental didn't have the loading ramp. The shop wasn't efficient with the rental process. From check-in to getting on the road took an hour on a late Monday morning.
Jeffry DI went into the facility to make sure they knew and that I had dropped the keys off. The person on the calendar was having a personal conversation and ignored me for a very long time and then was very rude. This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve had, and it fell far below the standard I expect from U‑Haul.
