Only 1/8 tank of gas when I picked it up.. Had to immediately put gas in truck. NOT acceptable

Rebecca OThis was not my chosen pick up location. Was notified no vehicles at preferred pick-up location. As I drove by the preferred location, I counted four (4) 10' trucks, but had to go out of my way to Pearl Paint! I was not informed that I was renting the truck for 2 days! I needed the truck to move several boxes 110 miles, 2 hours travel time. To further exacerbate the situation, I was charged $30.00 for insurance. Hence, be aware!!!
