JOHN HThe U haul pickup point was very helpful in helping me solve my problem since my vehicle would not fit on the car trailer. I drive over 700 miles round trip in a truck that will shake your teeth loose. There was no smooth ride at any speed. The rid was uncomfortable but got the job done
LEONARD VWhen we were picking up the trailer and they hooked it up, the tail lights were very dim. They tried an adapter and that didn’t work. On our way to the destination the trailer lights would only work sporadically. Very dangerous situation. When we returned the trailer we informed the attendant who called his dispatcher. The dispatcher was extremely RUDE on the speaker phone. We had just pulled another U-Haul from a different location 4 days earlier with no issues with the lights so it’s not our truck. Will never rent from this location again. Equipment was old and rusted and not well maintained. Very poor representation for U-Haul.

JAMES KThis location is in a very busy section of Leesburg and has a very narrow driveway. The location was not well maintained and the equipment was parked on the grass. There was bearly enough room to turn around my vehicle without the trailer attached. I also had to pull off onto the grass to find my way out after drop-off.

Mara AU-Haul overall was a complete failure. Our reservation was at a different location, we were confirmed and yet they had no truck. No apology, in fact if I didn’t have my confirmation I think he would have done nothing. Anyway, we had to drive to another location, the reservation was transferred, to pick up the truck. Got the truck but when we returned it the next day we found out that insurance had been added to the rental. I declined insurance when I made the reservation. The agent said there was nothing he could do about that. We don’t require rental equipment very often but couldn’t believe how poor your customer service was.

Made a car transporter reservation ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE, confirmed three days prior to scheduled pick up, the DAY BEFORE scheduled pick up got call from Corporate call center nothing available for me until the day AFTER my reservation, TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE, My whole trip time sensitive. THE SAVIOR?? A SMALL INDEPENDENT (at above listed address) WHO WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME OUT with the equipment i needed. Cant thank him enough, wish i had written his name down

michael kI did a night drop off of the vehicle with 1/4 tank of gas and on the receipt this location said I left it with less than 1/8 which resulted in fuel charges. I had to call U-Haul directly and send them a picture proving that their information was incorrect. Will not be using this location in the future.
