The truck when I got it, was all full of dog hair and even a open package of old dogfood, the food was there all putrid because of the head and smelling bad, Me and my wifw had to clean the truck after we pick it up.

There was dog fur in the cab. And one of the employees at the uhaul store near the pick up location was extremely rude. However the employee at the pickup location was very pleasant and made everything quick and painless
