Yes they were very friendly and useful. I tried to rent the same trailer at another location. Called the redneck express in the same town. And the people there tried to charge me twice the amount. Then got rude and disrespectful when I tried to show them the reservation. I’ll never use that place again. But Polk express definitely will use them everytime.
