When we arrived there was no key in the lock box. While we were were delayed for a short time, the gentleman who runs the location showed up and assisted us in getting on the road. He was very accommodating and we appreciated that.

LEAH FShortly after picking up the trailer, the left turn signal stopped working intermittently. I was able to get it working again by reseating the plug, but the issue kept coming back after a few miles of driving. When I arrived at my destination, I connected my trailer to my vehicle and everything worked properly, which indicates the problem is with the trailer wiring or connection, not my vehicle. This was frustrating and a safety concern, especially while traveling.
