Well, it started off this morning when I walked into my local neighborhood and shipping store to rent a 10 foot U-Haul truck from Donna and she stated that she needed the truck by tomorrow 5/22/26 by 1500 because the truck had a reservation for that time. I informed her I would have it back by end of today, as I didn’t have much to move, well in the process of moving I had 2 bean bags in the back of the U-Haul that I forgot about truck she called me I told her I would be back by the end of business day and she could not check it in, till the items were removed from the truck. I came back at 1730 to find the items on the ground I called Donna to ask her “hey did you check the truck in I see the items were removed” Donna stated yes and I charged you a cleaning fee because I’m renting the truck out right now and hung up on me, I went into the store and informed her you can’t charge me a cleaning fee if I’m here before closing as I stated because technically I did you a solid by having the truck here before end of day so you could rent it out again when I had 24hours with it, Donna and her husband became verbally abusive and argumentative yelling at me, she angrily called Eli the field manager who agreed with me and refunded the cleaning fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
