The truck drove really well but the outside was really scratched up. So much to the point we were paranoid of being charged for damage that we hadn't done. There were so many "x" stickers it was difficult to keep up with them during the initial inspection of receiving the truck.

My only issue is with uhaul ... I needed the van a second day, so a second charge hold was put on my card... But when checking out, the second charge was not on the uhaul page, meaning it was not credited to my bill. Now I have about $35 that I can not spend and I must wait until this next week to see my money. That might not be a lot of money to a large corporation like uhaul, but to me that is a weeks worth of groceries. I do not blame Trexler uhaul at all... They tried everything to fix this error. I will use Trexler uhaul again.

Very nice people. Richard took my reservation over the phone very detailed and helpful. Day I picked it up young lady checked me in she was very nice and told me when I left to have a safe trip. Van ran great. The reason checked no to clean and maintained the maintain part was ok but the truck had a dirty smell really bad dash board had a lot of dusk and the windshield was very bad. I think this is on haul I think the source of the smell is the cloth seats would have plastic seats

I returned it a day early on Sunday before 4pm, but because the store was closed I was charged for the 4th day. Glad they were taking a day off but I left a note that it was returned early hoping I would save myself one day's charge. Oh well.

Over 30 years I have only bad one bad experience. That was with Floyd's on Market Street in Wilmington . The manager there is nothing but an Overbearing Asshole . I will Never do business with them again . Garh E. Greene

It was great but it was a bit rushed experience. Didn't read everything about the rental and went off what he said. I think I shouldn't have been charged 18. 20 for fuel. Maybe like 10 or 11.00 but not 18.20. So I feel I should get a partial refund and you can look at the store video if you'd like. Other than that, he was nice and a great experience other than that. Thank you

We returned an Uhaul trailer a day early that we had rented, we called and told them it would be after hours and they said to just drop it in the lot, so that's what we did and took a picture (that is date stamped) of it beside other trailers. You can see that they have a surveillance camera facing the lot and you would believe that would be all they need to check what time and day we returned it, but I guess it doesn't work. They charged us an extra day and was very hateful over the phone when trying to get this resolved and we still haven't been refunded our money. I own two businesses myself and Trexler Hardware has been one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anybody!

Will not use U-haul in the future. Was not advised that the dolly, which we did not need or use, could not be moved without incurring a charge. Had to move it to finish loading and were charged. Paid $7 even though we returned the vehicle with $6 more gas than we needed to. Ridiculous customer service FAILURE.
