The site was excellent, but the truck's cab was quite dirty. I spent time cleaning it before my trip. The hold of the truck, however, was very clean.

Paul DIt would be nice to have longer store hours on the weekend. We only used our rental for approximately 3 hours, but upon return there was no one available to answer any questions or get a receipt until the next business day (on Monday). But overall, the customer service and location were exceptional.
JONICE CI believe that there was not a very good communication with the franchise with my rental. I will be calling the main line and request money back.
