Better quality equipment and in better condition.
Vincent KNeed signs saying where to go to book the vehicles. It was very confusing. Someone else also drove into the parking lot right behind us & seemed as confused as we were. Service was great though!!! Would definetly be our first go to place when and if we ever needed another one. Would also highly recommend to others.

Sienna DLocation was easy to locate and navigate parking lot containing rental vehicles. Staff were kind and easy to deal with. Staff informed me that they could only accept credit or cash, as the debit machine for U-Haul transactions was not working and they were told by U-Haul that it would not be repaired/replaced for 6 months. There was no indication of this when booking, initially, and is problematic. Not everyone carries a credit card, nor that amount of cash, when not aware ahead of time. And it is not acceptable. All forms of payments need to be accepted, especially when the cause for not accepting debit payment is because the point of sale terminal is not working, and not being promptly replaced or repaired. This is one of the better locations in Lethbridge to pick up a U-Haul, so this needs to be rectified.
