The appliance dolly we were given didn't work. I spoke to someone about in live chat who said she would leave a note on the file and we would be refunded for this ($30 plus tax) and I have heard nothing about this. I was also charged a cleaning fee which I was never told about. Plus we leave tge truck as clean as we got it.
Sharen CThe truck I rented the wiper was broken.they replaced the truck with a 2 wheel drive truck that had only a quarter tank of gas and bald tires in a snow storm! Got stuck and had to pay 320$ for a tow truck
Christina HI did enjoy how quickly the process went for pickup and drop off. I did find that side mirrors were rather dirty and I took it upon myself to clean them before my trip.
Blair BAs it's mainly an outdoor drop off - it's hard to rate the location. Could have better signage as to where to drop off keys and if it's necessary to go into retail store or not. Staff was helpful (though one person didn't know much about it at first) enough.
