The spot is ideal- the checkout was a lot to be desired. I stay in the truck waiting for someone to come out as the sign instructed to check the unit and finally I went in after a 5-10 minute wait. The staff of the business were to busy to wait on me and just asked me to leave the key and that was it. No checks to see if was fuel, cleanliness or check for damage nothing at all. Maybe it's a way to say they don't want the business???

The location made for an easy drop off for people out of town. Signage wasn't great. Since there were no other trailers there we had to ask where to park. The person was very helpful.

avneet kI had a disappointing experience at this location. I originally wanted to change my reservation to one day, but the employee advised me to keep the two-day booking and told me that if I returned the truck early, I would only be charged for one day and receive a refund for the second day. I returned the truck within the first day as discussed, but I was still charged the full two-day amount and did not receive any refund. This was not what was explained to me at the time. I feel misled by the information I was given. I would recommend getting all pricing and policies confirmed clearly before relying on verbal assurances.
Mykhailo MAt the time of pickup your entire system went down for almost an hour. So an hour of my allotted time was wasted on your system being down and constantly trying to get my uhaul reservation. The location was very helpful. Looking at history of how often your system is down should be embarrassing. For how much you charge for a truck, do better.
