They wanted me to hook up the trailoer myself & then bring it up for them to take a pic of my license plate or pay a fee for someone to hook it up for me. When I complained, they hooked up the trailer for the 1st time for free. The person who hooked it up didn't know how to properly attach the safety chain. I don't know who made the decision to make the customer hook up their own trailer, but it was NOT U-Haul. If they don't fix their problems, I will rent from someone else. U-Haul DOES NOT charge to hook up a trailer. That is THEIR job!!!

Worst location I ever rented at, lady didn't know how to do a rental, and regional manager Matt was an ass and tried telling me what the problem was cause of his lack of looking into situation. After being treated like that from him I am mot sure I would rent from uhaul again especially with my heart issues don't need the bullshit from a manager
FRANK GWas billed an extra day $40 for the truck and $20 for the trailer. Apparently I was an hour overdue.
jeff bThe girl was very pleasant and nice but was there for two hours before we could leave their system didn’t have my reservation on it and I had it on my phone. Then the Drop-off location got messed up and got charged more money when it was dropped off on time and cleaned.
JESSICA PWe dropped off before hours.It's more of a holding spot. We had to hunt for where to put the key. An sign would have helped as it's 60 feet away from the sign.
