why can't you just go back to standard UHaul locations instead of other businesses where renting out equipment is secondary to their regular business. Nothing like being a second class customer. The trailer we returned (on-time!!) was apparently not logged in as returned to whatever sketchy system you guys are using to track these trailers. Terrible system you have going and not pleased that we were basically accused of stealing the trailer .. GET YOUR SYSTEM WORKING BETTER!!!!
GARY KGet a different padlock. Thought you gave me the wrong combination, but after a half hour of fiddling with it, I finally got it to open. Also, the U-Haul app is terrible…but that is not this location’s fault.
