Everything was great until the day after my rental l received a text claiming then internet hub had no confirmation of my returning the trailer. That was not the case because I had received an email receipt for my use of, payment for and return of the trailer. Someone is screwing up somewhere. CW

RONALD SThe field manager was amazing and helping us show her the location of where the gas had been siphoned and was very apologetic. The gentleman checking us in lacked in his communication skills and made us feel like it was our fault.
SHAD HWe were late getting to the drop off spot and the gentleman checking us in was rude and irritated that we were late and they were ready to close. We apologized, but didn’t seem to make a difference to him.
