Contract no. 98532286 I rented a U-Haul on September 15th, but there is a problem with the truck. The air conditioning is not working. Due to the hot weather, not being able to use the air conditioning was very uncomfortable and distressing. I don’t think I should have to pay the full rental price for a service that was not provided properly. Isn’t it standard practice to check and repair the vehicle before renting it out? I don’t understand why a vehicle with a non-functioning air conditioner was rented to me. I expect appropriate compensation for this issue.
