The whole experience was good. The gentleman that helped us was very nice and professional. The truck was clean and ready to go!! I would definitely use them again.
LAURA PThis location only accepts credit cards for rental of their van. I was not told of this when registering or confirming reservation. When I arrived at the location to pick up my confirmed Van rental, was told I couldn't use debit card ( which was only card I had with me so I couldn't rent the van.. I've always used debit card when renting UHauls --if this is their policy, I feel it should be stated at the time of registration---not at pickup. Since it was a few minutes to closing for all other options, I accepted the box van rental which was difficult for me to climb in & out of due to my age & physical issues (which is why I wanted the van). The box van had some cosmetic damage & squealing brakes, but ran ok.
