The location was open, but there was no real direction as to where I could park the trailer when I was finished offloading. I had some other individual that rented space at the facility. Help me find the right place to park it and complete the rental. The online App experience returning it was great and it would’ve been fantastic. Had the site warned me that no one would be there and I would just need to find a place that was safe to drop off the trailer first.

LYNN HStaff at this location is friendly and very helpful! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs a truck or trailer to rent. Below is not a reflection of the Lexington location - I would rate U-Haul the company at a below average based on my overall experience. ^Overall, I am very disappointed that I reserved a 10" U-Haul truck on your website and then had to call to confirm the reservation myself after the deadline set by your company was not met. I was then scheduled to pick up a truck at a rental location that had no trucks and then was given the option of taking a 26' truck for the same price (which I do appreciate) or have no truck at all on the day that we were moving. The truck was much bigger than needed, more difficult to drive, and I'm sure cost me more in fuel that the much smaller truck I reserved.
