the first place did not have the truck like they promised had to go cross to a different place and the second place was great friendly and helpful

Drop them from your pickup service
Dwain BTruck wasn’t clean. Customer didn’t have the rental pads or the utility dolly as I paired for. Customer had to redo my order and sent my wife to 1200 new circle road to pickup pads. Moving crew had a dolly to use. I lost an hour getting the truck. I would remove this customer from doing business with you.
Dwain BThe U-Haul App is not very user friendly, it needs some improvements. This location is not staffed with enough employees.
CLIFFORD BThe checkout process was clunky and took way too long. Only one employee was on site and they were unavailable to assist with locating the trailer. I would rent from a different location in the future. However the trailer was in good condition and we had no technical issues with the equipment.
