They overcharged the Milage and Lied. I have pictures and proof. Video recordings of the exact date and condition of the u-haul itself. Always take pictures of everything, I’ll be reporting this to U-Haul immediately.

make sure it is clean. we made sure to add more than enough gas and they still charged us $8.08 for gas and it was an overcharge. its not the 1st time we have been cheted by this place. we will not use them again

Melissa C4’ x 8’ trailer was fine but they did not have a connector cord for trailer lights. I was under a time crunch to move things and they left it up to me to either purchase a connector at store or drive to another Uhaul location to get one.
Andre OIt's a gas station. It's not great, I did the self check in and still had to wait 15 minutes for someone to just hand me keys.
