It was a one way trailer rental. They have a trailer that was old and had been outside for a while. The hitch was hard to operate due to being weathered. I feel since it was being dropped off at another location, I got the worst trailer.

HUGH MThey did not have the equipment that I had ordered with the U Haul. The cab of the truck was filthy and smelled really badly, like some food had been spilled. The woman at the counter was not trained in how to handle how to actually help customers with renting the UHaul. She made the experience much longer than it needed. This was a horrible experience and I will never use this location again.
