1 hour filing out the reservation paperwork that I filled out on line. Had to call a manager to figure out how fill out the rental paperwork. Manager did not answer so I was forced to wait. Pre inspection of the auto transport trailer rented was unserviceable and the agent refused to attempt to correct. Told me I had to call U-Haul. Agents here did not know their job.

When I told her about the tire pressure, she immediately got her coworker, Manny, to get it fixed. She even tried to get me some kind of discount, and called me later to follow up.
