PETER BThe man at the pickup location was very helpful and friendly. He made sure the trailer was working properly and made me feel secure. He even made sure that my tow haul package on my Yukon was operating. He was an extremely nice guy. The guy's an asset for U Haul.
David HWe was there for about half hours at that location no one is available and it looks like mom and pop operation we called few times and no one answered the phone never ever chose this location
Shilpa PThis location is super sketchy. The owner is difficult to contact. With the help of the U-Haul area manager I did pick up the trailer and got on my way relatively quickly.
