How U-Haul Reviews WorkI dropped off this trailer 2:30-3 in the afternoon. I couldn’t locate anyone to let the know, even though 2 automobiles were on site. Nothing against them but I expected the u-haul app to have a “dropped off” section to verify I had returned it. I did find a section on the app that looked like I could notify u-haul but the app just froze when I went to use that section. I took pics of it parked and the unit number in case I was questioned later about if I had returned it.
Kevin RPlease take my brother off of my account My name is Samuel and for some reason when I rent a trailer they always put it over his name.. Tried many times to change it but still there. sammiebatten25 Thanks

PETER BThe man at the pickup location was very helpful and friendly. He made sure the trailer was working properly and made me feel secure. He even made sure that my tow haul package on my Yukon was operating. He was an extremely nice guy. The guy's an asset for U Haul.
