I was blown away with the size of the drop off location. Ample room to park a larger truck with attached trailer. Designated lanes where to pull into, and covered inspection area, clean interior, and polite, friendly staff. 3 notch road location should not represent uhaul. Equipment was reserved at said location but when I got there office was closed. I waited 20 minutes for the equipment until a very rude manager showed up and only said â€œI dont have itâ€. The Lusby office and the signature LN offices made up for the rude 3 notch road office . rental was clean but there was a problem with the trailer lighting but the associate finally got them working. It was no more then 30 minutes into my trip when I lost all lighting on the trailer and it was pouring rain. They told me to call roadside assistance they had no one there to come out. I continued on my trip and got ot my destination.William H.

I hate U-Haul. You all know that you are the only option. As such, you let â€œfranchiseesâ€ run your show. There is zero control and no accountability. Shame on you, U-Haul. Centralize your operations. And don't make your poor â€œTraffic hubsâ€ jump through hoops to make up for the poor showing of the franchisees. This is the problem with monopolies: YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! You have NO control over your inventory, and you are angering your customers.Dana H.
Mention to drop off Agent the A/C went out on my trip, ask if there where any compensation for not having working A/C. He was very nonchalant and insensitive about my concern, and said no, if I did not call service team to replace truck, there was nothing he could do and walked away after he clear my contract. Who wants to unload a full truck, just to having working A/C, as he suggested. Poor customer Service from this agent, very disappointed.SHARON S.

No improvements necessary. The General Manager, Karl Curry, went well above and beyond to help me secure a trailer needed for a move that day because the dispatching center called me and informed me that the trailer that I had reserved (3 May @ 1800) was not going to be at the above pickup location. They informed me that the two closest locations were over 4 hours away! Mr. Curry spent considerable time on the phone trying to locate a trailer for me, but at that time to no avail. He said that the soonest he would have one at his location would be Wednesday (5 May), so I reluctantly agreed, which was going to hamper my move. I was on my way home, when Mr. Curry called me and informed me that he now had a trailer for me. I returned to his location and picked up the trailer and was able to complete my move as originally planned. So, once again Mr. Curry showed one heck of initiative and persistence in helping me.
