Accepted transfered reservation made by U HAUL provided guaranteed reservation. Drove 15 miles to find out trailer was not there. But if course it was not their fault !!

So glad we did because this location was so convenient and the online check-in helped with speed - but the in-person service was phenomenal, he was so understanding and gave easy directions.
