I had to rate the location as poor because we were given the wrong code to unlock our UHAUL. We phoned in to have rep give us a code that actually did work.

The address was a vacant building with a Dropbox. The Uhaul rep appeared from an adjacent building. It was confusing as to where to return the truck. Nice guy, helpful, once he showed up.
GERARD FThe truck was leaking power steering fluid everywhere, breaks were slow to respond, and the truck was almost impossible to steer at slow speeds. I would have returned the truck and gone somewhere else, but I was in a hurry to move and didn’t have the time.
Kaman SRamp on back of truck was broken.
Cameron CLights did not work on trailer. Could not turn it in early without laying an extra $100. No one actually present at pick up/drop off location to ask for assistance
