Both ladies assisted me the day I needed a truck. Although I needed a bigger size truck they were able to give me a smaller truck to use for my moving that day. As I reserved a bigger size truck at a different location which was given away I was pleases with the customer service at this location that day.

DEAN KI made a Reservation at this Location in person,1 week in advance for a 15’ Truck .When I showed to pick it up on April 9 was told they didn’t have a 15’ Truck and would have to take 20’ instead, I didn’t need a truck that big which turned out to be difficult backing down my driveway to load,isn’t that the purpose of making a Reservation ? Not sure I was charged more for larger Truck but probably paid more for Fuel.
