The pick up location did not provide me the size truck I ordered and did not notify me in advance that the size truck I wanted would be unavailable. The larger sized truck I was given proved to be too large for my needs and consumed more gas for my move. My biggest complaint, however, is that, while the truck seemed new and clean, it had some unsettling mechanical difficulties. First, I discovered only after I had loaded the truck and was setting off on my long drive that the driver-side tail lights did not work, which created an unsafe driving experience as I could neither indicate to other drivers when I wanted to make a left, nor indicate that I was braking the truck. Furthermore, the passenger side door did not latch easily, which my travel companion noticed again and again -- after we were on the highway.

Self drop off - really can’t assess the staff.
Steven SThe drop off location was a car/muffler repair shop, so I can't rate it as being clean and inviting, but I will use them again. I was there to drop off the truck and knew it was a garage, so was not expecting a clean/neat environment.
Judy JTerrible app/mobile check-in experience. The app kicked me out multiple times and would hardly load. A process that should’ve taken 5 minutes took at least 30.
Camryn BI have used this location before, and when they are there in person they were great. However, this time we went on a weekend and they forgot to include the dolly with our rental. Without the dolly, the truck was useless as we were moving several appliances. We could see the dolly through the window of the place, so they had it available but it was locked up. Therefore, we had to spend over $100 to buy a dolly, as this was the only day we could execute our move. U-haul customer service said the location manager for this location should call me in 48-72 hours. It's been over 48 hours right now, so I'm hoping they call me tomorrow to discuss this.
