Was disappointed that the location I selected, that was less than a mile from my house, did not have the truck I wanted, evidently, and I was moved to the location that I eventually picked up the truck from. I know, availability probably was the issue but still it made pick up a little more time consuming. Overall, the pickup went well.

dodie bI made my reservation at 10 am. I arrived at 9:45 am. I walked up to the entrance to enter at 10 am, but saw a sign on the door that said the business didn't open until 11 am. The website said they opened at 10 am and I was allowed to make my reservation at 10 am. The opening time should be changed on the website.
Ted RI had no issues, I only needed a truck for a one day rental. But all went well and the lady was very helpful on all accounts.
