Signage was clear. Parking lot was spacious. Never had to speak with anyone, things were shown very clear. Location not at fault here, however...My location was change the afternoon before, 20 miles away one way. I was then charged for 40 miles that was not my "fault". If the location to pick up is changed due to Uhaul, then those miles should be refunded. Charging for them is very unprofessional and lacking Customer Service.
Dan aI loved how easy it was to pick-up and use the U-Haul! I picked up the U-Haul after the location had closed for the day, but it was easy and straightforward. I wish the back of the U-Haul was free of cigarette butts. However, with the ease of using a U-Haul, I would highly recommend it to others. The inside of the cab was super clean - I was very impressed!

JOSEPH SI rented both a Penske and a U-Haul within a week of each other. All my experience with U-Haul was bad comparatively. For the prices you charge and the service I received, I plan to avoid U-Haul.
