Wasn’t able to return the truck via the app. Received a text that it would be helpful for them to get it back early so we did return it early. But, the truck didn’t actually get checked back in until two days later after I called.

Noone there. Dropped off the key and contract at 10:30 am with 3 witnesses. I will not pay for a 3rd day as I dropped it off prior to 11:30 am. Nowhere did I read that one way was going to cost me $40 instead of $30 for a 2nd day. I will not be recommending U- Haul EVER again. I normally use this company for moving items even within town - that will not be happening.
