CLAYTON DI had an appointment at 2pm on a Friday and there was no one present to help. The door was locked when I arrived 10 minutes early with a note stating they were “on site” and to call the number for assistance. When I called the lady working said she had went out to lunch and would be back. She was very rushed when she arrived and I was charged an insurance fee when I didn’t want it.
