After 2 experiences with U-Haul I will never use your business again. Twice I reserved a truck. Both times the place I reserved didn’t have the truck I needed. Had to go across town 20 miles to pick up a truck I needed. Never again

Thomas FFirst, I would like to thank the young Man there at your Stonewall location, you went above and beyond and assisting us. We couldn’t get the key box open when we did get it open. There was the key was jammed in the box and he was just outstanding in helping us and there was no dolly with that rental, but other than that, the move was a blessed move. Thank you.
