Out in the middle of nowhere I was only send here because the nearest bigger centre had no availability for the size of truck I wanted, ended up I still got a bigger truck. Nobody walked me through checking out the vehicle just handed the key and signed documents.
Kathleen GWe were told because we returned it with extra fuel we would get credit back for the fuel. I contacted U-Haul and they said no. They told me it was in the contract however I didn’t read anything until after the move because it was sent in email after we were driving. Therefore I give U-Haul a big 0
