The front 2 tires on the trailer had to be replaced as soon as I got it home. One had steel cord showing over most of the inner edge. These tires were not safe for use & should have been spotted as needing replacement some time ago.
Donald YNothing it went smoothly as everything was explained thoroughly as anyone could understand. The truck was clean and maintained well!!!! It was a great experience!!!! I would rent from them again if needed!!!
SUSAN BWhile this location was excellent with the equipment, ease of pickup and drop off, and exemplary customer service, I was annoyed with the u-haul website itself and my account therein. It was my intention to check in online and pick up and drop off through the online system as I have several times in the past, but this transaction never showed up on my account to be able to make online pickup and drop off possible. That was frustrating and took more time for pickup than it should have.
