The equipment was clean and somewhat maintained as a couple lights weren't working at time of pickup. For safety reasons, I feel all lights should be functional.
Kim ENo one was there. The girl at Waterloo that made the reservation for me amazing. After I got to the Listowel branch, I loaded the trailer myself went to do the paperwork called the place twice. Nobody around. I was on a time crunch so I left and called Waterloo store back and they got a hold of the area manager, I believe who it was to finish up the contract so I could carry on so U-Haul in general Was amazing to me but that facility was how should I say the worst for me when I recommend U-Haul, definitely what I recommend them definitely not

hank vHave pickup trucks available. I wasn't hauling enough stuff to need Utility Van, and those are difficult to park in for those who do drive full size vans on a regular basis
