I requested a specific location to drop off the trailer and the lady said I could change that once I got there by calling the 1-800 U haul number, but once I got there to drop it off at the location I requested being it was near my residence and not driving over a hour away they then hit me with MORE FEES that I was not at all made aware of, when I requested the drop off location before I even rented it, so I’m not happy with this at all and honestly it’s not about the dollar amount but the fact that I was told one thing and then more money. Not cool. Especially when I only needed it for 1 day and they tell me it’s a 3 day minimum not very customer friendly. So beware of the hidden fees!!!!!!
