The area doesn’t have great service and nobody on the weekends to help. I didn’t get any of the tools I asked for help.

Very shady place from the start should have spent extra time and went somewhere else... (DON'T GO THERE). Did a drop off trailer for U Haul Distribution returned 1st then 2 hrs. later returned truck all well before they closed... Got charged for trailer not being returned during open hours (was returned 4 1/2 hrs. before close) Then was told truck was not returned (was back 3 hrs. before close) by people there when U Haul called to see why it hadn't been checked in. It is crazy how people there lied about everything... Don't they realize electronics track everything!!! MAKES YOU THINK IF THEY DO YOU THIS WAY FOR A U HAUL SURE WOULDN'T TRUST TO WORK ON MY AUTOMOBILE.
