I was charged for insurance I did not ask for. When returning the uhaul I was charged more then I was told and when I left we were told everything was paid for and we were good to go. Now I get a bill that I owe 103 dollars. This is poor customer service and poor communication and I do not fell I owe anything more then what we paid for. Further more. I rented a dolly for 7.00 but they did not have one they only had the appliance dolly. So I paid the 10.00 for it. But could not use it cause the Uhaul I got did not have a ramp. So that was a waste of money there as well. I will not be using this location ever again. And if I am forced to pay more. I will not be using uhaul again. I worked in the moving business and I will not be recommending uhaul to anyone
