The place was nasty and without air conditioning. The person who done the paperwork was unkept and spoke softy it was hard to hear. The parking lot was cluttered with other random vehicles. The oil light came on before we got home with it which is about 12 miles. We check the oil and there was none, we had to put oil in it before we could use it.

Had a horrible time checking in to get the truck. Scheduled time was 11am didn't get the truck until a hour later! Check vehicle for cleanliness after use. I rented a 20' front and the back of the truck was cluttered with trash and debris
