Pick up took a little longer than expected. Staff wasnt very helpful.
Neal BUH called a few days before. Original location I picked did not have the trailer needed so this wans next best option. That was a mistake. Basically a gas station with a couple of trailers. Nothing was ready. Trailer was plowed in with snow. Tongue was frozen with snow and ice. Had to bang it off several times with my tools to get hook up loose enough to attached to ball. Register clerk did the check on on her phone and did not know any details about the trailer. She made it very clear she had not done trailers before and was not going to help with anything. Not rude, just not helpful. Found out tail light did not work after leaving. Prob took me almost an hour from time I arrived to leaving, way too long.
Aaron SLady was not friendly at all or explained anything to me. Seemed either dumb or just didn’t care.
