The mobile pickup system was having issues that day. What should have taken a few minutes took 20 minutes. Not sure how you prevent technology issues but have better systems to help customers when they do.

diane sI had to do the mobile check in and check out since the facility was closed. But the truck was there waiting for me. Everything was wonderful with the Columbia self Storage in Tuckerton, NJ. But the Mobil U-Haul app needs to be made more user friendly and quicker. By the time I was checking the truck back in - my phone was running out of charge! The process is too long. Take forever to process all the numerous pictures. And approval took even longer!!! This was a big pain!!! I think I would rather go to a counter, but not if they are not open!! Improvement is needed on the app!! It has to be easier!
